Results achieved from Personal Training may vary, based on your frequency of sessions and the duration which these sessions are performed and the other activities you do outside of training. We set goals and your results will be dependent on your 100% commitment, following the set program and advice with as low as 1 sessions per month or from solely Online Personal Training up to 3, 4 or 5 sessions per week. We will assess and select the right package or membership for you in consulatation.
