My classes offer:

  2. Mental Strength: Mindfulness techniques and stress relief.
  3. Community Support: Join a supportive wellness community.

  • Results achieved from Personal Training may vary, your specific results will depend on your frequency of sessions and the duration which these sessions are received. While the Personal Trainer takes on your goals as their own and endeavours to get you to your set goals, your results will be dependent on your 100% commitment, following the set programme and advice.
  • Results from personal training can be achieved from as low as 1 sessions per month or from solely Online Personal Training up to 3 or 4 sessions per week. The results achieved will depend on your commitment and willingness to follow the set program and advice, we’re confident if you do, you will achieve your set goals.  Only realistic and achievable goals will be set and we will plan your journey to achieving them in a realistic time frame.
  • Results can not be guaranteed for all personal training packages due to their frequency and duration. We will assess and select the right package or membership for you at the 1st consultation.
